Metering
What counts as an event
A pageview, a goal and an identify each count as one event. Payments never count. Hits your exclusion rules remove never count. Bot and crawler hits are stored but never count.
Going over
What happens at the limit
We keep collecting. Going over your plan’s events never switches your tracking off and never deletes anything — pausing your data is not something we do. Our policy is to warn you at 80% and again at 100% and prompt you to move up a rung; those usage warnings arrive with metering, shortly after launch. Downgrading below your current site count keeps every existing site collecting, and the new allowance applies to sites you add from then on.
No lock-in
Cancel any time
Cancel from the billing portal whenever you like. Access continues to the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and partial periods aren’t refunded. Upgrades are prorated and invoiced immediately. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it and then the subscription is cancelled.
All prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.
